What is the Erasmus+ Exchange Program?
Erasmus+ is a program run by the European Union.
Its aim is to enhance quality in higher education, strengthen cooperation between universities, and provide students and staff with opportunities for education and internships abroad.
Target Audience: Universities, academic/administrative staff, and students.
Application: Applications are not made individually; they are conducted exclusively through universities.
Erasmus Mobility Types
Student Mobility

Study: Education at a foreign university for 3–12 months.

Internship: Internship at a foreign company/institution for 2–12 months.
Students can benefit for up to 12 months per study cycle (associate, undergraduate, master’s, PhD).
Grants aim to cover additional expenses, not all costs.
Staff Mobility

Teaching: Academic staff teaching abroad.

Training: Academic/administrative staff receiving professional training, courses, or on-the-job training abroad.
Application Requirements

Must be a full-time student.

Grade point average:

Associate/Bachelor: at least 2.20/4.00

Master/PhD: at least 2.50/4.00

If previously participated, the total duration in the same cycle must not exceed 12 months.

Sufficient ECTS credits must be completed for study mobility.
